We are very saddened to let you know that Richard McMillan passed last night after a long battle with heart disease.  Richard was a lifetime member of GWTA, joining GWTA at founding on 11/1/1987.  Richard has been a long-time Assistant Chapter Director for Diablo Valley Wings Chapter P and Chaplin for California State staff.
